Local lias stone cut and squared; clay pantiles between stepped coped gables; stone chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 2-bays. 2-light small pane casement windows; central boarded door in heavy frame; against east gable a lean to with boarded door, and against west gable a single storey 2-bay workshop extension. Interior not seen.
