Description

Kingweston Post Office is a cottage dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed from local lias stone that is cut and squared, with clay pantiles on the roof, which features stepped coped gables and stone chimney stacks. The building has two storeys and two bays, with 2-light small pane casement windows. There is a central boarded door set in a heavy frame. On the east gable, there is a lean-to with a boarded door, and on the west gable, there is a single-storey, two-bay workshop extension. The interior has not been seen.
