Description

Woodstock is a detached cottage dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed from local lias stone that has been cut and squared, topped with a thatched roof featuring stepped coped goblet stone end chimney stacks. The cottage has two storeys and a two-bay south elevation. It features horizontal bar casement windows with three lights, which are set under dovetailed stone lintels. The entrance is located in the west gable and includes a 20th-century stone and pantiled porch, which may be reusing an earlier boarded door. There is also a 20th-century flat-roofed extension against the east gable. The interior has not been seen.
