Description
This detached farmhouse was likely built around 1830, although it probably includes earlier fabric. It is constructed from roughly cut and squared local lias stone, with a Welsh slate roof of a shallow pitch, featuring stepped coped gables and stone chimney stacks. The house has two storeys and three bays. It has sash windows with 16 panes in plain openings, each with dovetailed stone lintols. The lower bay to the right of the front features a Regency-style part-glazed door with a rectangular fanlight above, sheltered by an open stone porch with simple, non-classical detailing. The interior was not inspected during the listing process.
