Farmhouse. Probably late C18. Local stone cut and squared, some ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof with sawn stone ridge, part with coped and part with bargeboarded gables; stone end chimney stacks. Double roof plan. 2 storeys with attics, 2-bay south elevation. 16-pane sash windows in plain openings with large stone lintols. East double-gabled elevation of 4 bays, 2 to each gable, with 16-pane sash windows to upper bays 1, 2 and 3 and lower bays 1,2 and 4; a 6-panelled door to lower bay 3 with open flat roof stone porch with Tuscan columns and pilasters carrying simplified entablature; flat coping between gables below which is a casement attic window. Interior not seen.
