Farmhouse. c1820. Coursed local stone rubble; Welsh slate roof with simple verges; brick chimney stacks. Double roof plan. 2 storeys, 3 bays. 12-pane sash windows in plain ashlar surrounds to upper level; below 8+16+8 pane angled bay windows with leaded roofs, and between thee a 6 fielded-panel door with non-classical surround of semi-circular plain fanlight in arch carried by pilasters, under open pedimented timber hood on carved wood brackets, Interior not seen.
