Description
Glensall House is a pair of cottages that have been converted into one house, dating from around 1840. The building is constructed from local stone that has been cut and squared, featuring ashlar dressings. It has a Welsh slate roof with a shallow pitch and plain gables, topped by a central stone chimney stack. The house is two storeys high and consists of four bays in total, with the central bays projecting and gabled, while the outer bays have a lean-to roof.
The windows are chamfered and mullioned, lacking labels, with two lights in the upper outer bays and three lights in the other bays. The first three upper windows have diamond leaded glass, while the remaining windows are rectangular leaded. The lower outer bays feature three-centre arched doorways with plain raised surrounds, each with studded boarded doors set in recesses. The interior has not been seen.
