Description

Milverton Court is a house dating from the late 16th century to early 17th century, with an enlargement from the early 19th century. The exterior is rendered over red sandstone random rubble, with quoins and coped verges. It features a slate roof, a brick stack to the right of the porch, and a finial on the right gable end. The building is two storeys high and has a three-bay front with one narrower bay on the left. The windows are 19th-century cruciform style, and there is a gabled two-storey porch with a moulded round-headed opening. The 19th-century doorway is four-centre arched and has a ledged and braced door. The right-hand return elevation has a long extension on the south front, which is from the early 19th century. The interior has not been viewed.
