Description
Church Farmhouse and outbuildings are a 17th-century farmhouse located on Church Lane in Evercreech. The building is constructed from rubble and features a double-Roman tile roof with coped verges and brick stacks. It has a rectangular plan and stands two storeys high, comprising five bays. The windows are 2-light moulded stone-mullioned with dripmoulds and leaded lights, except for a 20th-century casement with glazing bars set in a freestone surround to the right of the ground floor. There is a lean-to porch with a double-Roman tiled roof and a panelled and glazed door. To the left of the farmhouse, there is a range of outbuildings that are lower in height and have triple-Roman tiled roofs, with irregular window and door openings. The interior includes notable features such as a good newel staircase with turned balusters.
