Description

Hampton Cottage is an early 19th-century villa located on the south side of High Street in Evercreech. The building is rendered and colourwashed, featuring quoins, a cornice, and a slate roof with coped verges. It has two storeys and a symmetrical three-bay frontage, with sash windows that include glazing bars. The central entrance has a semi-circular head door opening, a fanlight with ornamental glazing bars, and a panelled door with glazing. The entrance is further enhanced by a Roman-Doric stone portico that includes guttae.
