Description

The western half of the two cottages at Manor Farm, located 160 metres northwest of Manor Farmhouse, is part of a pair of cottages that were originally two in a terrace of five. This building dates from the late 18th century and is constructed of local stone rubble with Ham stone dressings. It features Bridgwater patent triple angle clay tiles with bargeboarded eaves and has brick end chimney stacks. The structure is two stories high and has four bays.

The windows are hollow chamfer mullioned with inside vertical bars, mostly plain glazed, and have labels above in bays one and four. The remaining window casements on the ground floor have heavy stone lintels, while bay four has an older leaded casement on the upper level. There is a 20th-century rendered and tiled porch situated between bays one and two, and the window in bay three was originally a doorway.
