Description
Chinnock House is an 18th-century house located in West Chinnock. It is built from ham stone ashlar and features a hipped Welsh slate roof. The house has two storeys and three bays, with a plinth and rusticated quoins. The windows are 16-pane sashes set in keystoned architraved surrounds. There is a central porch supported by flat Doric pilasters, topped with a full entablature, and accessed by three steps. A prominent conservatory is located on the south side, while a lower extension on the east side includes early leaded casements. There are one stone and one brick chimney stack, both situated on the south side.
