Description

The Old Stores is a pair of cottages, now converted into one house, dating from the early 19th century. The building is constructed of rubble stone and features a Bridgwater tile roof with coped gables and end stacks. It stands two storeys high and has a four-window range. On the first floor, there are four small sash windows with 12 panes each. The ground floor has a central small glazed bay, likely a shop window, with a door on each side and outer sash windows with 16 panes, the one on the left being larger. Timber lintels are present above the openings.
