Description
Smithy House and the Cottage are an early to mid-19th century house and cottage built as a single structure. They are constructed from limestone rubble, laid in courses, with a pantile roof. The building is two storeys high, with five windows on the first floor. To the left is a four-panel fielded door flanked by sixteen-pane sash windows. To the right is a half-glazed door alongside a sixteen-pane sash window. The first floor has unequal nine-pane sash windows. The building has end and ridge stacks. The property is included on the list for group value considerations.
