Description
Smithy House and the Cottage are an early to mid-19th century house and cottage built as a single structure. They are constructed from limestone rubble, laid in courses, with a pantile roof. To the right is a half-glazed door alongside a sixteen-pane sash window. The first floor has unequal nine-pane sash windows. The building has end and ridge stacks. The property is included on the list for group value considerations.
