Description

Maynards is a house built in the early 19th century. It features limestone rubble that is brought to course and has a pantile roof. The building has a through-passage plan and stands two storeys high, with four windows on the first floor. The entrance includes a four-panel door, and there is evidence of a blocked window to the right of the door. The house has sixteen-pane sash windows throughout, except for an eight-pane sash window located above the door. It has stacks at the right end and on the ridge. Maynards is included for its group value considerations.
