Description

The Cottage is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of limestone rubble and features a pantile roof. Originally designed as a through-passage with a cross-passage to the rear and an outshut, the building has undergone significant alterations. It stands two storeys high and has two first-floor windows. The entrance is marked by a board door, and the windows are 16-pane sashes with stone lintels throughout. The eaves are sprocketed, and there are end stacks. The building is included for its group value context.
