Description
Manor Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century, though it has earlier origins. It is constructed of hammer-dressed sandstone and features a pantile roof. The house has a central hallway entry with a service wing to the left. It stands two storeys high and has two windows on the first floor. The entrance includes a 20th-century glazed door beneath a divided overlight, flanked by 16-pane sash windows. On the first floor, there are unequal 9-pane sash windows. The building has channelled lintels throughout and a steeply-pitched roof with gable coping, shaped kneelers, and end stacks on the house, as well as a ridge stack on the service wing. In front of the house, there are wrought-iron railings, gates, and stone gateposts leading to the front garden.
