Description

The Lodge is a house dating from the late 18th or early 19th century. It is constructed of hammer-dressed sandstone with a pantile roof. The house has a central hallway entry with a service cross wing to the rear. It is two storeys high and consists of three bays. The front door is an O-panel door with a radial fanlight, set within a doorcase of fluted pilasters supporting a dentil-moulded open pediment. Sashes with glazing bars are found throughout, beneath keyed wedge lintels. It features sprocketed eaves, gable coping, shaped kneelers, and end stacks.
