Description

Mowthorpe Hill Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of sandstone rubble laid in courses and has a pantile roof. The building features a central hallway entry with a service outshut at the rear. It is two storeys high and consists of three bays. The entrance has a 20th-century glazed door with an overlight, flanked by 16-pane sash windows. On the first floor, there are also 16-pane sash windows. The windows are topped with keyed channelled lintels. The farmhouse has sprocketed eaves and gable coping, with stacks located at the right end.
