Description

This is a mid-18th century house, originally built as a pair of cottages and raised in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and red brick, with a pantile roof and a single brick gable stack. The house is two storeys high, with the upper floor added in brick. It has three bays. A central doorway features a six-panel door, flanked by single glazing bar sash windows, and to the left a single blocked doorway, all with wooden lintels. Above the ground floor windows are two small glazing bar sashes. The building is included on the list solely for its group value.
