Description

The King's Head is a public house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and features a 20th-century pantile roof with two red brick ridge stacks. The building is two storeys high and has four bays. The central doorway contains a 20th-century half-glazed door, which is flanked by single margin light sash windows. To the left of the doorway is a glazing bar sash window, and to the right is another margin light sash. On the upper floor, there are four margin light sash windows, with the one on the right positioned slightly higher in the single bay gable wall. All openings are topped with wooden lintels.
