Description
This is a late 17th-century cottage located on Church Lane in Navency. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and has a pantile roof punctuated by a single coped gable and a single gable and a single ridge brick stack. The cottage follows an L-shaped plan and has a single storey plus an attic. Originally a three-bay design, the central doorway is now partially blocked and replaced with a 20th-century casement window, flanked by a pair of further 20th-century casements, all set beneath wooden lintels. Above are two square dormers, each with a 20th-century casement window.
