Milestone. Probably early C19. Stone post with cast iron plaque. About 0.75 metres high, triangular on plan with round-arched top. Inscription in relief painted black on white background: LEEDS / 16 / MILES (on east face), SELBY / 4 / MILES (on west face), SELBY AND LEEDS / TURNPIKE ROAD (around head).
