SE 42 NE (south side) 3/36 Milestone approximately 0.4 miles east of junction with A162

GV II Milestone. C19. Ashlar with cast-iron facade. Triangular on plan with semi-circular head. Approximately 1.25 metres high. Raised inscription painted black against white background: 'SELBY AND LEEDS / TURNPIKE ROAD' (around head); 'LEEDS / 13 / MILES' (on east face); 'SELBY / 7 / MILES' (on west face).
