Description
Malvern House is a house dating from the mid-19th century, with a rear range that is likely of earlier origin. It is constructed from magnesian limestone ashlar, featuring brick stacks and a Welsh slate roof. The building has three storeys and four bays. The entrance is located in the third bay, consisting of a long-panel door topped with a trefoil light and a hoodmould. The house has two- and three-light mullion windows throughout, all with sashes and hoodmoulds. Notable architectural details include a modillion eaves band, kneelers, and end and ridge stacks.
