Description

Number 12 Colin Croft is a house from the early 19th century that has had some later additions and alterations. It is built from stone blocks with hammer-dressed quoins and features a dentilled eaves cornice. The roof is covered with graduated slate and has an outshut at the rear, along with stone chimneys at each end. The house is symmetrical, standing three storeys tall with cellars and comprising three bays. There is a central panelled door with a semicircular fanlight above it, set in a surround and accessed by steps. On each floor, there is a single sash window with glazing bars, featuring 16 panes on the ground and first floors. A cellar door is located down steps on the left side, with a window on the right.
