Description

The Knowe United Reformed Church War Memorial is a granite structure built in 1919 by Messrs Beattie & Co. It features an obelisk mounted on a square plinth and base. The front face of the shaft is adorned with a sheathed sword and belt carved in relief, along with the inscription: "IN HONOUR OF THE MEN OF THIS PARISH WHO FELL IN THE GREAT WAR 1914-18" followed by the names of the fallen.
