Description

This is a barn located to the west of Roanstrees, dated 1832, featuring the initials of John Dodgson above the entrance. It is constructed from whitewashed sandstone rubble and has a Welsh slate roof. The barn is single storey and includes a large central cart entrance with a dated and inscribed keystone set in a segmental arch. There are slit vents on two levels flanking the entrance. The barn is listed partly for its group value with the nearby Round House.
