Farmhouse and adjoining barn. Early C19. Incised stucco with angle pilasters and eaves cornice on chamfered plinth. Graduated greenslate roof with rendered chimney stack. Barn of mixed cobbles and sandstone under greenslate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays; long lower barn to rear. 4-panel door under radial fanlight in painted stone surround. Sash windows with glazing bars in painted stone surrounds. Barn has plank doors and upper slit vents. Included partly for G.V. with Limes Farmhouse adjoining.
