Description
Blencogo House is an early 19th-century house featuring cement rendered walls with V-jointed quoins and an eaves cornice, set on a chamfered plinth beneath a graduated greenslate roof with rebuilt brick chimney stacks. The house is two storeys high and has three bays, with a lower two-storey, three-bay wing to the left. The main entrance consists of a panelled door beneath a glazed overlight, all framed by a pedimented Tuscan doorcase. The windows are sash style with painted stone surrounds. The wing includes a modern garage door on the left, along with sash and casement windows, also in painted stone surrounds.
