Description

This is an early 19th-century terrace of houses located on Gote Road, similar in style to Nos. 5-19. The terrace comprises two storeys and has a cement-rendered exterior with a slate roof. The houses have panelled doors set within plain stone architraves. Sash windows with 12 and 16 panes are also set in plain stone architraves. A long stair window is visible on the left-hand return side of No. 21, featuring a Gothic label and an ogee head. Nos. 5 to 19 (odd), Nos. 21 to 27 (odd), and Derwent Bridge House are designated as a group with Derwent Bridge.
