Description
Derwent Bridge House is a building from the mid to late 18th century, featuring cement rendering and painted stone quoins. The front of the house is divided into two sections. The left section is lower and has a central modern French door, with two 16-paned sash windows on the ground floor and three above. The right section has two 24-paned sashes on the ground floor and two 16-paned sashes above. The house is two storeys tall, and there is a lower rear wing with 30-paned sashes. It stands as a free-standing house at the northern end of the bridge. Derwent Bridge House, along with Nos 5 to 19 (odd) and Nos 21 to 27 (odd), forms a group with Derwent Bridge.
