Description
The Cornmill at Goatmill Bridge is likely from the early 19th century and consists of three storeys with a plain rectangular plan. It is constructed of stone rubble and roughcast, topped with a hipped slate roof. The building features five by four windows, all of which are new but fit into the original openings. A corrugated iron cabin covers the pulley machinery located above the centre store room door on the middle floor. The Cornmill, along with Goatmill House, the cottage, and the barn, forms a cohesive group of buildings.
