Description
The Beck Farmhouse is a house that was formerly a farmhouse, dating from the late 18th century. It features stucco walls with raised quoins and stone dressings, topped by a green slate roof and 20th-century brick chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, with a single-storey extension to the right that has two bays. The main entrance includes a six-panel door with a glazed fanlight set within a rounded architrave, which has a reeded key and impost blocks. The windows are sash style with glazing bars and have plain stone surrounds. The extension is constructed of dressed red sandstone, with 20th-century sash windows featuring glazing bars and good replacement surrounds. The listing does not include the outbuildings.
