Description

Brisco House is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century, with an early 19th-century extension. The exterior features painted incised stucco, an eaves cornice, and v-jointed quoins set on a chamfered plinth. The roof is covered with 20th-century tiles and has brick and sandstone chimney stacks. The building has two storeys and three bays, with a lower single-bay extension to the left. The entrance consists of a top-glazed six-panel door framed by a stone architrave and topped with a pediment. The windows are sash style, set in painted stone architraves. The extension, which has a graduated greenslate roof, also features sash windows with glazing bars in painted stone surrounds. The house is listed partly for its group value with High House.
