Description

Cotehill Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse featuring brick walls with red sandstone quoins and dressings, topped by a slate roof and brick chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The entrance is framed by a pilaster strip surround with a moulded cornice, leading to a four-panel door and a patterned fanlight above. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are set within plain stone surrounds. The listing does not include the other farm buildings on the property.
