Description

The Croft is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed with dressed red sandstone walls and ashlar quoins. It features a Welsh slate roof and yellow brick chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The entrance is framed by a plain surround topped with a moulded triangular pediment, leading to a plank door with strip joints. The sash windows, which include glazing bars, are set within plain stone surrounds. A dentilled gutter adds to the architectural detail. There is a late 19th-century two-storey extension to the left, which is not included in this listing.
