Description

Newby Hall is a farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century. It features rendered walls with stone dressings and a Welsh slate roof that has coped gables and yellow brick chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and consists of four bays. The entrance is adorned with a moulded architrave and entablature topped with a moulded triangular pediment. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are framed by painted stone surrounds. The listing does not include the adjoining farm buildings.
