Description

Fog Close is a late 18th-century farmhouse located in Kirkoswald. It is constructed of dressed red sandstone with raised quoins, and has a graduated slate roof with end chimney stacks. The building is two storeys and three bays wide. A 20th-century door is set within a plain stone raised surround. Flanking the door are double-hung 2-pane sash windows, and a further 2-pane sash window is positioned above the entrance. All windows have plain raised stone surrounds. A firemark is displayed above the entrance. The listing excludes any outbuildings.
