Description

Woodhead is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed from red sandstone rubble with a slate roof and 20th-century brick chimney stacks. The building stands two storeys high and features four bays. The 20th-century door has a plain stone surround, while the sash windows, some with glazing bars and some without, also have plain stone surrounds. The listing includes a two-storey, single-bay clay outbuilding to the right, but does not include other buildings on the site.
