Farmhouse. Late C18. Red brick, some ashlar. Concrete pantile roof. 2 C20 red brick gable stacks. Dogtooth eaves. 2 storeys plus garret, 3 bays. Central doorway with 6 panelled door, 2 ashlar brackets support an ashlar hood. Either side are single tripartite glazing bar casements with 2 similar casements above, all under segmental arches. To the left is a one and a half storey, single bay red brick and concrete pantile wing with doorway with plank door and 2 ashlar brackets supporting an ashlar hood. Above is a single glazing bar Yorkshire sash.
