Description

Grange Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of red brick, with some ashlar stonework, and features a concrete pantile roof. It has two 20th-century red brick gable stacks and dogtooth eaves. The building is two storeys high, plus a garret, and consists of three bays. The central doorway contains a six-panelled door, which is supported by two ashlar brackets and an ashlar hood. On either side of the doorway are single tripartite glazing bar casements, with two similar casements located above, all set under segmental arches. To the left, there is a one-and-a-half storey, single bay wing made of red brick and concrete pantiles, which has a doorway with a plank door and two ashlar brackets supporting an ashlar hood. Above this doorway is a single glazing bar Yorkshire sash window.
