Description

The pigeoncote and attached stable block at Manor House, dating from the late 18th century, is now used as a store and garage. It is constructed of red brick with a rendered base and features pantile roofs and dentil eaves. The pigeoncote has crow stepped gables and kneelers, with a red brick stack on the external gable to the right. The structure is two storeys high and consists of a single bay. The road-facing side has a single circular tie plate, and on the left gable at the first floor, there is a single casement window with a concrete lintel. Attached to the right is a one and a half storey stable block with two bays, which includes a doorway with a plank door, a single small fixed light above, and a single small wooden slatted opening to the left. This building is included for its group value only.
