Description

Overstone Gate is a house dating from the mid-1920s. It is constructed of regular coursed lias stone with a 20th-century plain tile roof. The house follows a two-unit plan, with a three-window front elevation featuring casement windows, some with diamond-leaded panes, all set under wood lintels. A 20th-century door and hood are located on the right side of the front. There are brick and stone stacks located at the ridge and end of the building. The interior, which has not been inspected, is noted to contain open fireplaces and chamfered ceiling beams.
