Description

This is an 18th-century cottage located on the north side of Lumber Lane in Paulerspury. The building is constructed of coursed squared limestone with a corrugated iron roof and brick end stacks. It has a two-unit plan, arranged as a two-storey, two-window facade. The central entrance features a four-panel door with side lights and a timber lintel, flanked by two-light casement windows with timber lintels on the ground floor. There is a further two-light casement window to the first floor. The interior remains uninspected.
