Description

House located at 12 Round Town, dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with a slate roof and features brick and stone stacks. The building has two storeys and an attic, consisting of two bays. The central doorway has a wooden lintel and a 20th-century ribbed plank door, with casement windows on either side that have original wooden lintels and 20th-century metal casements. The first floor has similar windows. There are recessed dormers with two-light wooden casements and leaded panes. The roof has coped gables. Inside, the house features moulded beams on the ground floor and a newel staircase.
