Description

Jasamine Cottage is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with some alterations made in the 19th century. It is constructed of squared coursed lias stone and has a plain tiled roof added in the 20th century. The building has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high, featuring a two-window range of 19th and 20th century wood casements that are set under chamfered wood lintels. There is a central door from the 19th century, and the right side has ashlar gable parapets. Brick stacks are located at the ends, and there are 19th century single-storey bays on the left. The interior has not been inspected. This cottage is included for its group value with the Brewery House.
