House. Early C18. Squared coursed ironstone, asbestos tile roof, flanking brick and stone stacks. 2 storeys and attic, 3 bays. Doorway to left of centre has wood lintel, plank door and C20 gabled timber porch. 3-light casement window in left bay, similar 2-light window second bay from left, both under continuous wood lintel. 3-light casement window right of doorway with wood lintel and original moulded wood mullions. Similar 4-light window in right bay. Casement windows on first floor have stop-chamfered wood lintels. 3-light in left bay, 2 lights to right of centre, 4 lights in right bay, with original wood mullions. C20 gabled attic dormers. All windows have leaded panes. Coped left gable end with kneelers. Extension to left, C18: Squared coursed ironstone, slate roof, brick stack. One storey, one bay. 3-light casement window with wood lintel.
