Description
Crabtree Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated 1733, built from coursed squared ironstone with a ridged pantile roof and a brick end stack on the left. The building has a two-unit plan, is two storeys high with an attic, and features a three-window range. There is a blocked door to the right of the centre, flanked by three-light casement windows, and a similar two-light casement window on the far left, all of which have timber lintels. The first floor has leaded cross windows and a renewed datestone located between the middle and right first floor windows. To the left, there is a small cellar window with stone jambs and a lintel. The farmhouse has quoins and stone-coped gables with kneelers. There is a 20th-century porch providing access to the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
