WESTON AND WEEDON HIGH STREET SP54NE (South side) Weston 4/207 College Farmhouse - Weston

GV II

House. Late C18. Coursed limestone rubble, squared ironstone quoins, slate roof, flanking stacks with stone bases. Upper part of left stack rebuilt in concrete, stack to left rendered. 3 storeys and attic, 3 bays. Central doorway with wood lintel, 4 panel half-glazed door and flat wooden hood on brackets. 16-pane sash window with wood lintel on either side. Second and third floors both have 3-light casement windows with wood lintels in outer bays and similar 2-light window in centre. One-light attic window with wood lintel on right side. Coped gable ends with kneelers. Interior not inspected.
