Description

This house, located approximately 15 meters west of West Farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of squared coursed limestone and features a Collyweston slate roof. The building has a single unit plan and is a single storey with an attic. It has a one-window range with a 19th-century casement window beneath a wooden lintel. A similar window is present in the attic, which has a gabled eaves dormer. To the right, there is a plank door, also under a wooden lintel. A brick stack is located at the end of the house. Although the interior has not been inspected, it is noted to have remains of an open fireplace.
