Description

Sunny Bank is a house located on Oundle Road in Woodnewton, likely dating from the mid-18th century to the 19th century. The building is constructed of squared coursed limestone and ironstone, topped with a Collyweston-slate roof. It originally had a two-unit plan and is a single storey with an attic. The façade features a two-window range of casements that are set under wooden lintels. There is a central four-panel door, also beneath a wooden lintel. Brick stacks are positioned at both ends of the house, and there is a single-unit brick extension to the right. The interior has not been inspected. During the 19th century, the building was used as two or three separate dwellings.
